Big clean rooms, comfortable bed. Lovely pool and sitting area, easy check in and out. Would recommend!

I was looking forward too staying at this place for a long time , I had book my two rooms side by side four months ago when I arrived I was quite disappointed to find out rooms on same level but not side by side as requested..Parking very limited..I was very disappointed with the swimming pool when I saw so many kids in screaming on the top of their lungs splashing jumping around it’s 30 foot long. I would say 4 m wide and 1 m deep all over at first I thought it was the kids pool, but to find out that’s the only pool I wasn’t impressed…The entertainment area is lovely comfortable chairs big table and chairs to have dinner and lunch around..The rooms were just beautiful we had the studio room everything we needed and more …

Very dodgy. I was evicted from their accommodation due to noise complaints despite the fact that most of the noise came from other apartments and a few people who I met actually told me they thought the noise was coming from my apartment but when they got upstairs it was quiet. I tried to tell the director all of this and that I intended to fight the eviction and he pretty much said “that’s your business. That’s not our problem”. What’s even worse is that there was no clear date set for the eviction. They just woke me up one day and told me it was time to leave and they just crammed whatever could fit in the car and they just dumped me in this dump and just said “here’s your house, here’s your keys. See you later.” Then they just left me to my own devices. Like I wasn’t their problem anymore. They couldn’t get rid of me quick enough. When I got here I found the fridge was broken, the previous tenants left some rotten meat in the freezer that smelled so bad that I almost threw up and to top it all off I found some garbage bags in the backyard that I had to take out. I had to take out someone else’s trash! I also found an empty cigarette box in the storage room and cigarette butts in the lougeroom and even a pair of women’s pj shorts in the spare room and some drawing on the wall in the other room. I actually felt like I was moving in to someone else’s house. It was enables responsibility to make sure that I was properly handed over to the new provider. They haven’t even arranged my food shopping or anything. It was a case of “you’re no longer our client so you’re not our problem anymore”. We’ll see about that.

My Fiancé and I had such a lovely time staying at your apartments we stayed 4 nights and really wished we could have stayed longer but made the most of the time we did have there! We were in number 11, the place was clean, bright and comfortable and we had a nice view from the top floor!Would definitely stay again thank you!!

Alison and her husband were so welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were impeccable and comfortable. Cannot fault our experience at the Allora house and highly recommend it!

Highly recommend it! I absolutely love staying here. Everthing from the room, meals and environment (college) is fantastic.

Friendly service, comfortable and pleasant environment. The meal was tasty, the service was pleasant. I was impressed, and would happily stay there again, without hesitation.

The three bedroom townhouses are quite spacious, suitable for two couples and maybe a couple of kids. I'd highly recommend Forte Leeuwin for families with kids - we had the playground right in front of our house. Within the same area is a bbq area which was used a few times by others in the same complex. Saying that, the townhouses are very well soundproofed, we heard hardly an outside noise. (Except for the townhouses that back onto the pool and spa.) The spa, pool and sauna were a treat - all in clean and very good condition. Definitely pop in for a swim if you have time.The kitchens are stocked with equipment only (which we found adequate), however there are no extras like salt and pepper provided. So make sure you buy every food stuff (and cling wrap, foil etc) you need for a meal.Be aware the townhouses vary in condition. Some were completely carpeted on the ground floor, others tiled or with an extra couch. Accessibility wise the two storey townhouses have quite a steep staircase, for little kids I'd recommend bringing a gate to close off the stairs. The ensuite has a shower; the other bathroom had shower over a bathtub. Did not use the wifi as we had mobile service.One caveat: I would not stay here if the weather is hot! Only the master bedroom and downstairs has air con units - the rest of the bedrooms (even though they have ceiling fans) would be stifling in the summer.
