Stunning, the view to the beach the closeness of the shops the night life and the pool is amazing I fly to Perth every 4-5 weeks and this is the only place I'll stay. Apartments are always clean and so is the outside. Quite and peaceful this place is a must! !!!

We had such a pleasant stay here. Walking proximity to many activities and dining. The beach, restaurants, cafés, public pool, playgrounds, Coles, and so much more. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Full sized kitchen and fridge, excellent internet and big a TV, air-conditioning and fans throughout. The views was amazing, best sunsets with the sun setting in the Indian Ocean, so relaxing and pleasant.

We have stayed in one of these apartments during winter and it was amazing. We decided to stay again but the place we liked was booked already so arranged another unit.My hubby organised the stay and I was shocked at how expensive it was but we thought it would at least be a comfy weekend for us! We arrived at about 3pm and the room was cooking from the sun,we turned the air con on but it was still not cooling the room so we had to complain. Unfortunately nothing could be done and we went without air con until the tech could come out the next morning, he couldnt fix the problem so our entire stay was uncomfortable until the sun went down. We could of overlooked this because unfortunately stuff happens but the beds were rock hard and something you would find in a backpackers! My hubby ended up on the lounge and I ended up being so sore I could barely walk as I am 30 weeks pregnant. The only thing offered for our inconvenience was a free night in the uncomfortable hotbox and some fans. We would of moved to another place but everywhere was booked for the long weekend. Our family of 5 barely slept all weekend and then still had to travel 6 hours home!!!

AVOID this business AT ALL COSTSTruly Disgusting hotel and if possible an even worse experienceThey’ve made it look nice online, however the bed was 20+ years old and had springs in every direction, and the doona was so old it had gone yellowSeashells and Quest hotels are right next door.I got there relatively late due to my flight arriving late, at which point the rude lady I had the misfortune of dealing with then lectured me and left me to try figure out how to get into the room (as she had emailed the details and wasn’t her fault I didn’t have that info…)I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels around Australia and the world, and honestly, this was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced.Look at any other hotel in the area and you will see the reviews are comparably better.Do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all costs. It’s not that it’s simply bad, but that for how much it costs, there’s so many better choices in the area, some that may even seem worse on face value, but will end up giving you a better experience by far in the long runId encourage a good read of the reviews about this place before making a decision. Don’t ruin your experience of WAEdit: I’ve uploaded a few more pics of the apartment for anyone to verify the claim they’ve made in the response (knew they’d make this baseless accusation)I don’t like leaving bad feedback like this, but it ruined my holiday. Don’t do it to yourselfJoke of a business.

We stayed in room 203 recently for Aussies. Loved it! Was clean and comfortable, proximity to beach and shops 100% accurate. Our host Barry Wood went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The grounds were lovely and the caretaker Digby kept BBQ area spotless, we would return!

The road noise was not the biggest issue. We stayed there for 11 days and were woken on numerous occasions by workman around the premises. Activities included shredding trees outside the apartment, earth works and ground thumping and leaf blowers around the complex before 8am instead of a broom. We rented via Airbnb and the owner was very pleasant but the management of the complex doesn't appear to have the residence interest as a priority..

Two star, it get the third because of its proximity to the beach. The room is dated (70s) with a small AC that works hard to keep the temp down. No AC in either of the bedrooms. Small fan supplied to coax the cool air to the bedrooms. The single bedroom is actually the entry hall. It has the basics and is priced that way. The facilities are good. Great pool, loads of shade, nice BBQs. Parking is private but tight and not secure. No Internet, older TV only terrestrial channels. Great water pressure. The hot water is a bit fiddly and super hot! All in all sleeping is ok but basic accommodation only.
